In this page users have the ability to update and manage their own contact list. In this screen you can add all your friends, guildmates, or just people you want to keep in contact with. You can also organize your friends into groups.
Along with adding your friends you also have the ability to blacklist users. If you do not wish to ever receive communication from a specific user you can use this feature to completely ignore them.

Double clicking a name in your friends page will bring up a private instant messaging window. In this window you will have the ability to chat one on one and also have the ability to save chat conversations .
